Junior Incident Responder (m/f/d)

Customer support of security incidents
Detailed security analysis of security incidents
Manage and document incident investigations
Assisting the customer In the IT system recovery process
Supporting the customer in the lessons learned phase after an incident to prevent incidents in the future

A degree in the IT workfield, comparable education with work experience in the IT workfield or project contribution (e.g. open source projects) to the IT security community
Job-specific certifications are an advantage
Willingness for further training
Resistance to stress
Good English skills, both written and spoken
Good communication with customers within the different hierarchy and responsibility levels
Participation in on-call duty
Conceptual skills as well as an analytical, solution-oriented way of working
Team spirit
High degree of creativity and initiative
Ability to collaborate across disciplines
